5. Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned within 7 days in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
• Custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
